摘要 某些高职院校受到社会评价、多元意识形态、应试教育、学生自身认知管理能力薄弱以及传统教育教学等因素影响,学生目标管理意识和能力不强。文章提出并分析了"职业选择力"的新概念,认为"职业选择力"可以明确并统一学校教育目标和学生成长目标,可依托《学生目标规划导航手册》建设"四立"的高职目标教育体系。 Vocational college students' consciousness and objectives management ability is not strong due to many factors such as social evaluation, pluralist ideology, examination-oriented education, students " weak capacity for cognitive management, as well as traditional teaching in vocational colleges. This paper puts forward and analyzes a new concept, "career choice ability", which clarifies and unifies the goal of college education with the goal of students' growth. It also presents the system of target education based on career choices ability and the student target navigation manual in higher vocational education.
