摘要
以金银花为试验原料,通过单因素试验和响应面法优化了酶法提取金银花多糖工艺,考察了酶用量、提取温度、液料比、提取时间对提取率的影响.结果表明,当酶用量为0.3%、提取温度为55℃、液料比为40mL/g、提取时间为40min时,金银花多糖提取率可达6.67%,且试验的重现性好,对于金银花等植物多糖的提取研究具有一定的参考价值.
Honeysuckle was used as the materials of experiments. The best craft of ex- tracting polysaccharide from honeysuckle with cellulose was found through the single factor experiments and the response surface method. The effects of dosage of enzyme, extraetion temperature, liquid-solid ratio and extraction time on the extraction rate were investigated. When dosage of enzyme, temperature, liquid-solid ratio and extraction time was 0. 3%, 55℃, 40 mL/g and 40 min, respectively, the average extraction yield of polysaccharide reached 6.67% and the experiments had good reproducibility. This work provided reference for the extraction of honeysuckle and other plant polysaecharides.
