摘要
以成熟呈紫黑色的桑果为试验原料,用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定桑果中钾(K)、钠(Na)、钙(Ca)、镁(Mg)、铁(Fe)、锌(Zn)、锰(Mn)、铜(Cu)八种微量元素含量,结果表明,桑椹中微量元素含量丰富,并表现出高钾低钠的突出特点。为桑椹的开发利用提供理论依据。
The nutrition of mulbery at the vigorous tillering stage are analyzed.This paper analyzes some elements such as K,Na,Cu,Ca,Mg,Fe,Zn,Mn,Cu in mulberry by method of atom spectrum determine analysis.The mulberry is full of micro elements which human body need.It provides new scientific foundation for further study and general application of mulberry by this experiment.
