创新生态系统理论和三螺旋理论等对创新中心建设具有较强的解释力。从全国、国家中心城市关于各类创新中心建设的相关政策表述中,可得到强化创新中心建设的相关启示。世界创新中心以及我国的北京、上海建设科技中心的经验,对重庆建设西部创新中心具有重要参考价值。重庆建设西部创新中心,应坚持十大战略取向,用好比较优势,强化科技创新源头供给能力,明晰并持续推进各项政策的落地。
The innovation ecosystem theory and the three spiral theory have strong explanatory power to th~ construction of innovation center. From the relevant policy of national and national center cities on the constructior of various types of innovation center, we can get some inspiration for strengthening the construction of innovatior center. The world innovation center, as well as the experience of Beijing and Shanghai constructing technolog） center in China, has an important reference value for the construction of the western innovation center in Chongqing To construct innovation center in the west of China, Chongqing should adhere to the ten major strategic orientations with good comparative advantages, strengthen the source of scientific and technological innovation supply capacity and clear and continue to promote the policy of landing.
