摘要
新经济需要新产业,新产业需要新大学。为了回应新经济和新产业的挑战,传统大学模式要做战略性调整。大学的新模式必须顺应两种变革趋势:一是大学知识生产模式的转型,即由"生产学科知识和理论知识"向"生产跨学科知识和应用知识"转型;二是大学人才培养模式的变革,即由"面向学科的专业教育"向"面向职场的专业教育"转型。区域知识创新中心主要由两个系统构成,一个是创新研发系统,另一个是人才培养系统,两者的耦合体现了科教融合和产教融合的精神。这种将教学活动、研究活动和创新活动聚合在一个统一模式之下的区域知识创新中心,将成为一种未来大学的模式。武汉未来科技城的实践证明了这一点。
New economy needs new industry and new industry needs new university. In respond to challenges from new economy and new industries, traditional university requires strategic adjustment. The new model of universities must conform to two changing trends： first is the transformation of university knowledge produdtion mode, namely, from knowledge of production subject and theory to the knowledge of interdisciplinary production and application; second is the transformation of university personnel training mode, namely, from the ＂subject-oriented education＂ to ＂workplace-oriented education＂ transformation. Regional Knowledge Innovation Center is mainly composed of two systemsthe innovative R ~ D system and the talent training system. The coupling of these two reflects the spirit of science and education integration, and production and teaching integration. The regional knowledge innovation center, integrating activities of teaching, research and innovation into a unified model, will be a model of the future university, which is proved by Wuhan Future Science and Technology City.
