摘要
以某350 MW汽轮机高中压转子为研究对象,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件进行转子热固耦合分析。计算在热态中压缸启动过程中采用负温度匹配时高中压转子的应力变化和寿命损耗情况。结果表明:热态中压缸启动过程中采用小幅负温度匹配安全可行,对转子寿命影响微小,还可以显著缩短启动时间,提高汽轮机调峰经济性和灵活性。
This paper takes a given 350 MW turbine HP-IP rotor as the research object,thermal structure interaction of rotor is analyzed by using ANSYS finite element analysis program. Computing stress change and life loss of HP-IP rotor are adopted by using negative temperature match during hot intermediate pressure cylinder start-up. The results show that it's safe and feasible using negative temperature match,little effect on the rotor life,it's also reduce the start-up time significantly and improve flexibility of turbine peaking.
