摘要
以某电厂330MW汽轮机转子为研究对象,选取调节级及其高压压力级第一级为隔离体,运用ANSYS有限元软件建立二维轴对称模型,得到不同负温度匹配情况下的冲击热应力和启动过程中的最大应力,进而计算出启动过程中低周疲劳寿命损耗。结果表明:小幅度的负温度匹配不会影响启动过程的安全性,由此引起疲劳寿命损耗增加也很小。
This paper takes a certain 330 MW power plant turbine rotor as the research object. Choose the governing stage and the first high pressure stage as isolator to build a two-dimensional axisymmetric model. This paper got the thermal shock stress and maximum equivalent stress during start-up procedure under the condition of different temperatures mismatch with the help of the finite element analysis software ANSYS. The low cycle fatigue life consumption in the process of the start-up is calculated. The results show that the small latitude negative steam temperature mismatch will not impact security,thus reducing the fatigue life loss little.
