摘要
随着煤电机组总体负荷率的降低,长时间的低负荷运行逐渐成为常态。基于某电厂660 MW超临界机组全负荷段的锅炉效率、汽机热耗率、厂用电率试验数据,计算得出全负荷段煤耗率,并从经济性角度分析在不同电厂总负荷率条件下中单台机组的临界调峰时间、2台机组单元的最优负荷分配方法和全厂4台机组的最优负荷分配方法。
With the decrease of average load ratio of coal-fired power plants, the power units are running under low load in long term. Boiler efficiency, turbine heat rate, auxiliary power ratio of a 660 MW supercritical unit under low load was obtained by experiments and the net coal consumption rate was calculated. Afterwards, the critical time for unit shutdown strategy of a single unit as a function of unit load was investigated. Finally, the load dispatching methods between two units and among plant-level four units under various plant load ratio were proposed from the economic point of view.
