摘要 基于AMEsim建立了进油、回油以及旁路节流调速回路仿真模型,对比分析了各回路压力、速度的稳定性,得到了其速度负载特性曲线;利用QCS003C教学实验台进行实验验证,得出所建立的模型符合实验结果,为节流调速回路的精度及理论深度提高提供了理论依据。 The oil inlet、oil return and bypass throttle speed control circuit simulation model was built up based on AMEsim,analysis of the stability of pressure, velocity of each circuit,obtain its speed load characteristic curve;Using QCS003 C teaching experiment platform for experimental verification. It is concluded that the established model can be a very good accord with experimental results,for the precision of throttling speed control circuit and theoretical depth increase provides a theoretical basis.
