摘要
介绍了增压回路的基本原理。针对传统液压回路仿真方法中存在的建模烦琐、参数调节复杂等缺点,以采用双作用增压器的增压回路为例,利用AMESim的元件设计库构建了增压器和液控单向阀的模型;建立了增压回路的仿真模型,并对增压回路的动态性能进行了仿真分析,对增压回路的研究和设计改进有参考作用。
This paper introduces the basic principles of pressurized circuit;traditional hydraulic circuit simulation modeling of the existing cumbersome,parameter adjustment and complex defects;to adopt the dual role of turbocharger boost circuit,for example,the component design using AMESim library constructed supercharger and hydraulic control check valve model,a simulation model of the booster circuit,and the booster circuit was simulated dynamic performance analysis,research and design of booster circuit has a positive effect improvement.
