摘要
目的:探讨针刺少阳经穴结合颈肩部走罐治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法:将70例患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组35例。观察组予针刺少阳经穴结合颈肩部走罐,针刺每周5次,走罐每周1次;对照组予盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊,10 mg/次,1次/天。两组均以2周为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程。观察治疗前后的视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分及偏头痛特异生活质量问卷(MSQ)评分,并评价临床疗效。结果:观察组的总有效率为94.29%,高于对照组的77.14%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组的VSA评分均下降,功能受限、功能障碍、情感评分均上升,与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间比较,观察组的改善更明显(P<0.05)。结论:针刺少阳经穴结合颈肩部走罐治疗偏头痛疗效确切,并能减轻患者疼痛和提高患者生活质量,优于盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊。
Objective： To explore the therapeutic effect of acupuncture at points of Shaoyang meridian combined with cup moving at neck and shoulder on migraine. Methods： Seventy cases were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group according to the random digit table,with thirty- five cases in each group.The observation group was given acupuncture at points of Shaoyang meridian（ five times a week） combined with cup moving at neck and shoulder（ once a week）,and the control group was given flunarizine hydrochloride capsules 10 mg once a day. The treatment was for two weeks as a course and lasted two courses. Visual analogue score（ VAS） and migraine specific quality of life questionnaire（ MSQ） score were observed and analyzed before and after treatment. Evaluate the clinical efficacy. Results： The total effective rate in the observation group was94. 29%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group with 77. 14%. After the therapy,the VAS score was significantly lower than that of pre- treatment in the same group（ P〈0. 05）. The limited functionality score,dysfunction score and emotion score were significantly higher than those of pre- treatment in the same group（ P〈0. 05）. The observation group was more remarkably improved than those of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture at points of Shaoyang meridian combined with cup moving at neck and shoulder is effective for patients with migraine,and it can relieve pain and improve the quality of life,which is better than flunarizine hydrochloride capsules.
