摘要
目的探讨灵龟八法结合少阳经穴治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法将2014年9月至2016年9月经该院治疗的82例偏头痛患者作为临床研究病例,根据治疗方式不同分为对照组和观察组,每组各41例。对照组给予普通针刺法治疗,观察组采用灵龟八法结合少阳经穴治疗。比较两组患者治疗总有效率、疼痛评分、抑郁评分、疼痛发作次数及持续时间。结果观察组疼痛发作次数为(1.56±0.33)次,疼痛持续时间为(1.09±0.66)h,视觉模拟评分法(VAS)疼痛评分为(5.16±3.43)分,汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分为(13.28±4.11)分,治疗总有效率为95.12%,明显优于对照组的疼痛发作次数[(2.72±0.28)次]、疼痛持续时间[(3.87±1.43)h]、VAS疼痛评分[(8.13±3.24)分]、HAMD评分[(16.56±4.22)分]及治疗总有效率(78.05%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用灵龟八法结合少阳经穴治疗偏头痛,能够明显改善患者偏头痛症状,减少发作次数及持续时间,提高临床治疗效果,减轻患者痛苦,促进预后。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of eight methods of intelligent turtle with Shaoyang meridian on migraine.Methods A total of 82 cases of migraine patients treated in the hospital from September2014 to September 2016 were selected as clinical research cases,and were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,41 cases in the control group were given ordinary acupuncture treatment,and 41 cases in the observation group were given eight methods of intelligent turtle combined with Shaoyang meridian.The total effective rate,pain score,depression score,pain attack frequency and duration were compared between two groups.Results The number of pain episodes was（1.56±0.33）,and duration time was（1.09±0.66）h,Visual Analogue Scale（VAS）pain score was（5.16±3.43）,Hamilton Depression Scale（HAMD）score was（13.28±4.11）,and the total efficiency rate was 95.12%in the observation group,which were significantly better than those in the control group with pain episodes（2.72±0.28）,duration time（3.87±1.43）h,VAS pain score（8.13±3.24）,HAMD score（16.56±4.22）,and the total efficiency rate（78.05%）,and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Eight methods of intelligent turtle combined with Shaoyang meridian method,can significantly improve the symptoms of patients with migraine,reduce attack frequency and duration,improve the clinical effect,relieve pain and promote the prognosis of the patients,and meet their expectations.
