摘要
四环素类抗生素的大量生产及过量使用引起了食品安全、环境污染等问题,环境样品中四环素类抗生素的分析检测在药物分析、食品分析和环境分析等领域中的研究十分重要。高效液相色谱法以其灵敏度高、选择性强、应用范围广等特点成为了检验痕量抗生素的主要方法。本文综述了含有残留四环素类抗生素的食品、土壤、水等中环境样品前处理方法及其采用高效液相色谱法检测方法的研究进展,并对这一领域可能的发展方向进行了展望。
The problems of food safety and environmental pollution were caused by the large production and extensively application of tetracyclines(TCs) antibiotics. Hence, the determination of tetracycline residues in envi- ronmental samples were significant in the field of pharmaceutical analysis, food analysis and environmental analy- sis. High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) showed good sensitivity, high selectivity and wide applica- tion, which has become the main method to detect the trace TCs. In this paper, we provided an overview of the sample (such as soils, food and water samples) preparation and determination of TCs by HPLC. In addition, fur- ther developing trends were also discussed.
