应加强经皮左心耳封堵预防心房颤动患者血栓栓塞事件远期疗效的研究 被引量:3

The study of left atrial appendage occlusion for the prevention of thromboembolic events in patients with atrial fibrillation should be strengthened

摘要 心房颤动(房颤)为临床上常见的快速型心律失常,国内流行病学研究[1]提示,房颤发生率为0.77%,其中50~59岁人群为0.5%,而大于80岁者为7.5%.房颤患者除心房绝对无序搏动所致的病理、生理后果外,其最严重的并发症系血栓栓塞事件,该并发症往往是房颤患者致残、致死的主要病因.尚有研究提示[2],在非瓣膜性房颤患者中,90%的血栓栓子源于左心耳(left atrial appendage,LAA);在风湿性心脏病房颤患者中,60%的血栓栓子源于LAA.因此,加强对LAA处理预防血栓栓塞事件的研究便显得尤为重要.
