摘要
目的探究心房纤颤经导管射频消融术后患者应用参松养心胶囊联合八段锦运动的临床疗效.方法选择2019年2月—2021年1月本院收治的64例心房纤颤经导管射频消融术后患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组32例.对照组予以盐酸胺碘酮片治疗,试验组在对照组基础上予以参松养心胶囊联合八段锦运动.比较两组治疗前后N末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)水平、心房颤动对生活质量的影响量表(AFEQT)评分、心功能指标及术后心房纤颤复发率.结果治疗后,试验组NT-proBNP水平低于对照组,左室射血分数、舒张早期二尖瓣血流速度与舒张晚期二尖瓣血流速度比值及AFEQT评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组术后复发率为6.25%,低于对照组的25.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论心房纤颤经导管射频消融术后患者应用参松养心胶囊联合八段锦运动的效果显著,能够有效改善患者心功能,预防术后心房纤颤复发.
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Shensong Yangxin Capsule combined with Baduanjin exercise in patients with atrial fibrillation after radiofrequency catheter ablation.Methods A total of 64 patients with atrial fibrillation after radiofrequency catheter ablation admitted to the hospital from February 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the the research objects and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with amiodarone hydrochloride tablets,and the experimental group was treated with Shensong Yangxin Capsule combined with Baduanjin exercise on the basis of the control group.The N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)level,atrial fibrillation effect on quality of life scale(AFEQT)score,cardiac function indexes before and after treatment and recurrence rate of postoperative atrial fibrillation were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the level of NT-proBNP in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the left ventricular ejection fraction,ratio of early diastolic mitral valve blood flow velocity to late diastolic mitral valve blood flow velocity and AFEQT scores were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative recurrence rate of the experimental group was 6.25%,which was lower than 25.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Shensong Yangxin Capsule combined with Baduanjin exercise in patients with atrial fibrillation after radiofrequency catheter ablation has a significant effect,which can effectively improve the cardiac function of patients and prevent postoperative recurrence of atrial fibrillation.
