摘要
目的 探讨和研究小组责任制护理管理模式在骨科病房的应用价值,为了为科室管理提供理论参考依据。方法根据随机原则要求抽取20例于2015年1—12月在该院骨科工作的护理人员作为研究对象并按照管理模式的不同将其分为试验组和对照组,其中对照组(1-6月)护理人员接受传统的管理模式,而观察组(7~12月)护理人员则接受小组责任制护理管理模式,对比和分析两组的护理质量差异。结果 研究数据显示,观察组和对照组均取得一定管理效果,但试验组更占优势,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论 将小组责任制护理管理模式应用于骨科的日常管理工作中,有利于提升骨科的护理服务质量,增加患者及家属对护理服务的满意度,减少医疗纠纷的发生率,效果明显,值得推广和应用。
Objective To study and research the application value of group responsibility system nursing management model in the ward in the department of orthopaedics and provide theoretical reference for the department management. Methods 20 cases of working staff in the department of orthopaedics in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2015 were ran- domly selected and divided into two groups according to different management models, the control group (January to June) adopted the traditional management model, while the observation group (June to December) adopted the group responsibility nursing management model, and the nursing quality difference of the two groups was compared and analyzed. Results The research data showed that both groups obtained a certain management effect, but the effect of the test group was more ad- vantageous, and the difference had statistical significance, P〈0.05. Condusion The application of group responsibility sys- tem nursing management model in the daily management work in the department of orthopaedics is conducive to improving the nursing service quality in the department of orthopaedics, enhancing the satisfactory degree of Patients and their family to nursing service and reducing the incidence rate of medical disputes and the effect is obvious, which is worth promotion and application.
