摘要
目的为了能够提高神经内科护理服务质量并减少医疗事故的发生率,分析和探讨在管理过程中实施精细化管理的价值和意义。方法根据随机原则要求从2015年1月—2016年1月在该院神经内科工作的护理人员中选取50例作为研究对象并依据管理模式的不同将其分为试验组和对照组各25例,所有人员均给予常规护理管理模式,而试验组同时给予精细化管理,比较不同护理管理模式对护理质量以及患者满意度的影响。结果研究数据表明,试验组和对照组均能取得一定管理质量,但以试验组更具优势,且两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);和对照组相比,试验组患者对护理服务的满意度更高,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将精细化管理应用于神经内科的护理管理,有助于增加科室护理服务质量及患者对护理服务的满意度,效果明细,值得推广和应用。
Objective To analyze and discuss the value and significance of the implementation of refined management in the management course in order to improve the nursing service quality in the department of neurology and reduce the inci-dence rate of medical accidents. Methods 50 cases of nursing staff working in the department of neurology in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were randomly selected as the research objects and divided into two groups with 25 cas-es in each according to the different management models, both the control group and the test group adopted the routine nursing management model, while the test group adopted the refined management on this basis, and the effect of different nursing management models on the nursing quality and patient’s satisfactory degree was compared. Results The research data showed that both groups obtained a certain management quality, but the test group was more advantageous, and the difference had statistical significance by comparison, P〈0.05;the satisfactory degree to nursing service in the test group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance, P〈0.05. Conclusion The application of refined management in the nursing management in the department of neurology contributes to increasing the department nursing service quality and patient’s satisfactory degree to nursing service, and the effect is obvious, which is worth promo-tion and application.
