摘要
目的研究精细化管理模式和传统护理模式在神经内科护理中的效果。方法选取2015年7月至2016年7月于本院神经内科就诊的180例患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组90例,对照组患者实施传统护理模式,研究组患者在此基础上实施精细化管理护理模式。观察并比较两组患者护理满意度和护理质量。结果研究组的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05),基础护理合格率、特级与一级护理合格率、护理文书撰写合格率高于对照组(P<0.05),意外事件发生率、并发症发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将精细化管理的护理模式应用于神经内科的护理工作,效果显著,明显提高了医院神经内科的护理效果和患者满意度,有效促进患者康复,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective To study effect of meticulous management model and traditional nursing mode in the nursing care of neurology department.M e t h o d s From July 2015 to July 2016,180 cases of neurology patients in our hospital were selected as the study objects.They were divided into study group and control group according to the random number table method,with 90 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional nursing mode,and the study group was treated with meticulous management nursing mode on the basis of traditional nursing mode.The nursing satisfaction and nursing quality between the two groups were observed and compared.R e s u l t s The satisfaction rate of the patients in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The passing rate of basic nursing care,special grade,the rate of first grade nursing care and the passing rate of nursing document writing in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the incidence of accident and complication of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).C o n c l u s i o n The meticulous management mode of nursing is applied to the nursing of neurology department.The effect is remarkable,and it has obviously improve the nursing effect and patient satisfaction of the hospital neurology.It is worthy of popularition in clinic
