摘要
目的对老年股骨颈骨折治疗中半髋关节置换方案、全髋关节置换方案的应用效果进行分析。方法从2013年1月-2015年12月因股骨颈骨折进入本院的老年患者中抽选48例进行分组研究,24例对照组行半髋关节置换方案,24例治疗组则行全髋关节置换方案,观察其手术效果。结果对照组患者优良率为58.33%（14/24）,治疗组为91.67%（22/24）（P〈0.05）。结论对于患有股骨颈骨折的老年患者,选择全髋关节置换方案疗效突出。
Objective To analyze the application effect for the treatment of senile femoral neck fracture in half hip replacement or total hip replacement. MethodsElderly patients treated with femoral neck fracture in our hospitalwere selected from January 2013 to December 2015. 48 cases were divided into different groups in the study. 24 cases was of the control group used half hip replacement,and 24 cases was in treatment group with total hip replacement plan,then observed the operation effect. Results The good rate of the control group was 58.33%（14/24）,and the treatment group was 91.67%（22/24）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Elderly patients,who was with femoral neck fracture,should choose total hip replacement scheme,because its curative effect is prominent.
