摘要
目的探讨阶梯式康复护理在行椎间孔镜术腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)患者中的应用效果。方法选取本院收治的60例接受经皮椎间孔镜椎间盘切除术治疗的LDH患者,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组(30例,常规康复护理)和观察组(30例,阶梯式康复护理)。比较两组的护理效果。结果护理后,观察组的腰椎功能、腰背及下肢功能障碍、心理状态均优于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、数字评分法(NRS)评分低于对照组,Barthel指数评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阶梯式康复护理可明显改善行椎间孔镜术LDH患者腰椎功能,有效缓解不良情绪,降低疼痛程度,确保良好的睡眠质量,减少并发症的发生。
Objective To explore the application effect of stepwise rehabilitation nursing in patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH)undergoing intervertebral foramen surgery.Methods Sixty patients with LDH who underwent intervertebral foramen surgery in our hospital were selected and divided into control group(30 cases,routine rehabilitation nursing)and observation group(30 cases,stepwise rehabilitation nursing)according to the random number table method.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the lumbar function,lumbar back and lower limb dysfunction and psychological state in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)and Numerical Rating Scale(NRS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the Barthel index score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Stepwise rehabilitation nursing can significantly improve the lumbar function of LDH patients undergoing intervertebral foramen surgery,effectively relieve bad mood,decrease pain,ensure good sleep quality,and reduce the occurrence of complications.
