摘要
目的探讨医院如何运用经济管理合理缩短平均住院日,改善医患关系。方法将出院患者费用按1-5 d,6-10 d,10 d以上住院时间分为3期,分析3期住院费用趋势,分析各住院时间段患者费用项目结构情况。结果发现住院后期多为药品费用,检查及手术时间相对滞后,压缩平均住院日还有空间。医护人员效率意识不强,科室间配合欠佳,是影响平均住院日的主要因素。结论医院应科学运用绩效管理,引导科室提高认识、加强协作,主动缩短平均住院日,减轻患者负担,全面提升医疗技术、服务质量和管理水平。
Objective Discuss on how to shorten the average length of stay by using economic management,to improve the relationship between hospital and patients. Methods Separating the whole period of hospitalization to 1 to 5 days,6 to 10 days,above 10 days. Analyzing the tendency of inpatients' medical cost. Results That showed most of them were medicine fees,but the check fees and the operation times were lag behind it,there still hasd space to shorten the average length of stay. The major factors of influence the average length of stay were most of medical staffs were not strong in sense of efficiency and team work. Conclusion Hospital should scientifically use performance management,and guide the departments to improve awareness and strengthen cooperation,and so on,not only can shorten the average of length of stay,but also can reduce the burden for patients,promote the medical skills、service qualities and management level.
