摘要
目的评价积极团体心理辅导对农村留守儿童心理韧性及一般自我效能感进行干预的效果,以助于提高农村留守儿童的心理健康水平。方法以山东省微山县留守儿童为研究对象,随机分为干预组(n=152)和对照组(n=138),干预组分为5个小组进行团体心理辅导,对照组接受1次传染病预防知识讲座。采用青少年心理韧性量表、一般自我效能感量表进行前后测并评价干预效果。结果 (1)团体心理辅导后干预组与对照组在心理韧性总分及一般自我效能感差异显著(t=12.87,10.30;P<0.01)(2)干预组前后测一般自我效能感与心理韧性总分差异显著(t=-10.15,-14.85;P<0.01)具体表现在目标专注(t=-2.76,P<0.01)、情绪控制(t=-2.89,P<0.01)、积极认知(t=-2.57,P<0.05)、人际协助(t=-2.35,P<0.05)。结论团体心理辅导干预留守儿童的心理韧性和一般自我效能感具有良好效果。
Objective To evaluate the effect of group counseling on resilience and general self-efficacy in rural left-behind children,so as to help raise the level of rural left-behind children's mental health. Methods A total of 290 rural left-behind children in Shandong Province were randomly elected as the research objects and divided into an intervention group (n=152) and a control group (n=138). The former accepted the group psychological service and the latter received an infectious disease prevention knowledge lecture. The Resilience Scale for Chinese Dolescent (RSCA)and General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES) were used before and after the intervention for effect evaluation. Results (1) There were significant differences between the intervention group and control group after group counseling in the resilience total score and general self-efficacy (t=12.87,10.30;P〈0.01). (2) In the intervention group, there were significant differences before and after the intervention group resiliencein the total score and general self-efficacy (t=--14.85,-10.15; both P〈0.01),especially in the goal planning (t=-2.76,P〈0.01),feeling-control (t=-2.89,P〈0.01), positive thinking (t=-2.57;P〈0.01),and interpersonal assist (t=-2.35,P〈0.05). Conclusion The group counseling of positive psychology has much well effect on resilience and general self-efficacy.
