摘要
定向医学生的培养是我国为基层医疗卫生机构输送全科医学人才的重大举措。本研究结合重庆市定向医学生的专业培养特点,分析并论述构建自主一合作学习模式的缘由。就该模式的内涵及相关理论进行探讨。并据此设计实施自主一合作学习模式,从组织管理机制、竞争激励机制和评价机制方面总结了自主一合作学习的构建策略,探索适合定向医学生的教育实践模式。
It is very significant that state trains rural-oriented medical students for grassroots health institutions. In combination with the characteristics Of Chongqing rural-oriented medical students, the article analyzed and explained the reasons of building autonomous-cooperative learning model, discussed the con- notation and the correlation theory of this model. Based on the above, the article designed and carried out autonomous-cooperative learning model, summarized the construction strategy from the aspects Of organiza- tion and management mechanism, competitive and encouraging mechanism and evaluation mechanism, which explored a practical education pattern that suits rural-oriented medical students.
