摘要
国际贸易局是南京国民政府创设的服务型对外贸易行政机构,于1931年12月成立,主要职能是为政府发展对外贸易提供决策咨询,为进出口企业提供市场信息、介绍外贸业务,协调企业与政府相关部门的关系,颇合现代政府的管理理念。然而,国际贸易局仅为一个试验性、过渡性的机构,1938年初在抗战后实施的贸易统制政策之下被并入贸易委员会,遂告一段落。
The Bureau of Foreign Trade was founded by the Republic of China for providing professional service for related governmental sectors and companies,which helped government to make policy of foreign and delivers marketing information and introduces business to those domestic foreign trade enterprises. But it's only one of tentative agencies. At the beginning of Anti- Japanese War,it merged into the Trade Commission as soon as the government carried out the policy of 'controlled trade'.
