摘要
征信文化作为社会文化体系的组成部分,经过历史上长期的孕育、成长与发展,在当前推进信用体系建设的大环境下发挥着非常重要的作用。从征信文化的内涵与历史渊源、征信文化发展的历史比较分析与启示、我国征信文化建设的发展实践与存在问题等方面进行分析,并从不断丰富创建内涵、拓宽征信文化边界、征信文化建设的传承与创新、以征信文化理念促进普惠金融发展等方面提出推进我国征信文化建设的新思路。
As a component of the social and cultural system,credit reporting culture,which has experienced long-term inception,bedding and growth in history,has played an increasingly important role in the current environment in which the country actively promotes credit system construction.This paper mainly elaborates the connotation and historical origin of the credit reporting culture,makes the historical comparative analysis on the development of credit reporting culture and draws its enlightenment,and summarizes the development practice and problems in the construction of the credit reporting culture in China.Then it presents a new philosophy for promoting construction of credit reporting culture in China from the following respects:enriching the connotation of credit reporting culture construction,broadening the cultural boundary,enhancing the inheritance and innovation,and promoting the development of inclusive finance via credit reporting culture,etc.
