小青龙汤对老年慢性支气管炎患者CRP、TNF-α及SOD水平的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的:研究小青龙汤治疗老年慢性支气管炎患者的临床疗效及其对C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平的影响。方法:将90例老年慢性支气管炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。对照组采用西医常规方法进行治疗,观察组采用小青龙汤联合西医的方法进行治疗。连续治疗30天后,观察疗效,分析患者血清和痰液中CRP、TNF-α以及SOD水平变化。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为88.89%,明显高于对照组治疗有效率73.33%(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者血清和痰液中CRP和TNF-α水平有明显降低,且显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组血清和痰液中SOD水平又明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:小青龙汤能够明显降低老年慢性支气管炎患者CRP、TNF-α水平,提高SOD水平,对老年慢性支气管炎具有较好的疗效。
