摘要
目的研究分析中西医结合治疗慢性支气管炎的临床效果。方法选择2013年9月—2015年4月在我院收治的140例慢性支气管炎患者,将所有患者按照入院治疗先后顺序平均分为对照组和观察组,每组各70例。对照组患者单纯给予西药治疗,观察组患者给予中西医结合治疗,观察两组患者的临床治疗有效率和肺功能改善情况,并进行比较分析。结果观察组临床治疗有效率为97.1%;对照组临床治疗有效率为80.0%,组间比较差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后肺功能改善情况明显优于对照组,组间比较差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗慢性支气管具有明显的临床效果,能够显著提高临床治疗有效率,改善患者肺功能情况,值得临床推广运用。
Objective To study the clinical effect of Integrated Medicine in the Treatment of Chronic Bronchitis. Methods Selecting 140 cases of chronic bronchitis patients in our hospital from September 2013 to April 2015. According to chronological order, patients were di-vided into control group and observation group, and each group had 70 cases. The control group was treated with Western medicine. The observation group was treated with integrated medicine. The clinical effective rate and improvement of lung function of two groups were observed and compared. Results The effective rate of the observation group was 97.1%; the effective rate of the control group was 80%,and there was statistically significant difference（ P〈0.05）; Lung function of the observation group after treatment improved significantly better than that of the control group, and there was statistically significant difference（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The integrated medicine in treatment of chronic bronchitis had obvious clinical effect, can significantly improve the clinical treatment efficiency and the lung function of patients, and was worthy of clinical application.
