摘要
目的探讨盐酸氨溴索在慢性支气管炎急性加重期疗效。方法选取2013年7月至2014年10月我院收治74例慢性支气管炎急性加重期患者为研究对象,随机分为研究组和常规组,每组37例。常规组采用常规方法治疗,研究组在常规组治疗基础上采用盐酸氨溴索治疗。比较两组患者治疗后的白细胞介素6(IL-6)、白细胞介素8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后研究组IL-6、IL-8及TNF-α水平均显著低于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率为97.30%,显著高于常规组的75.68%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率为10.81%,常规组为13.51%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论盐酸氨溴索应用于慢性支气管炎急性加重期可降低患者炎性反应,提高疗效,具有显著治疗效果和用药安全性,值得在临床中推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of ambroxol hydrochloride in acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis. Methods 74 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis treated in our hospital from July 2013 to October 2014 were selected and randomly divided into study group and conventional group, with 37 cases in each group. The conventional group was given routine therapy, the study group was given ambroxol hydrochloride on this basis. The interleukin-6 （IL-6）, interleukin-8 （IL-8）, tumor necrosis factor （TNF-α）, efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions after the treatment were compared between groups. Results After treatment, the levels of IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-αof study group were significantly lower than those of conventional group, with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of study group was 97.30%, significantly higher than 75.68%of conventional group, with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions of study group was 10.81%, which had no statistical difference compared with 13.51%of conventional group （P〉0.05）. Conclusions Ambroxol hydrochloride has significant treatment effect and drug safety in treatment of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis, and can reduce the inflammatory reactions and improve the clinical effect, which is worthy of promotion in clinic.
