摘要
目的探讨盐酸氨溴索在慢性支气管炎急性加重期的应用价值。方法将84例慢性支气管炎急性加重期患者按照住院先后顺序分为研究组(常规治疗+盐酸氨溴索)与对照组(常规治疗)。结果研究组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,二者有显著性差异(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论盐酸氨溴索在慢性支气管炎急性加重期有着较高的应用价值。
Objective To investigate the application value of ambroxol hydrochloride in acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis. Methods 84 cases of chronic bronchitis in acute exacerbation stage were divided into study group（conventional therapy plus ambroxol hydrochloride） and control group（conventional therapy）,according to with the hospitalization sequence. Results The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the two group had significant difference（P〈0.05）; The incidence of adverse reaction in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Ambroxol in chronic bronchitis acute exacerbation has a high application value.
