摘要
以邻-硝基苯甲醛为起始原料,经过缩合,用特殊催化剂同时还原硝基和C=N基团,然后进行溴化,用盐酸处理得到盐酸氨溴索。该路线具有原料价廉易得,反应步骤少,操作简单,环境污染少等优点,适合工业化生产。
Use o -nitrobenzaldehyde as starting material, by condensation, used special catalyst for coreduction nitro and C = N, then by bromination, treated with hydrochloric acid to ambroxol hydrochloride. The materials were cheap and easily obtained, few reaction steps, simple operation, little environmental oollution, and this synthetic method is suitable for industrialized production.
