摘要
目前,旅游市场对人才的需求更加旺盛,在质量上也提出了更高要求。旅游业的从业人员中,中高端管理人才缺乏,基层操作人员流动性大。因此,在高职教育过程中,除要培养学生的专业技能外,更应注重人文素养和职业素养的提升,注重自主学习习惯的养成,积蓄充足的发展动力。现对"点、线、面、块"系统集成的人才培养机制进行探索,以提升学生的就业能力和可持续就业能力,满足未来职业发展的需要,更好地服务于旅游业。
At present the tourism market demand for talents is stronger, and it also puts forward higher requirements for quality. Among the tourism professionals, middle and high end management talents are not enough, the operational personnel are fluid. Therefore in higher vocational education, in addition to the professional skills, it should pay more attention to the promotion of humanistic and professional qualities, and the cultivation of autonomous learning, and accumulate adequate development power. It explores the integrated talent training mechanism so as to improve the employment ability and sustainable employment ability, meet the need of the future career development and better serve the tourism industry.
