三亚海洋休闲活动满意度实证研究及对策分析 被引量:1

摘要 采用文献分析、访谈、实地调研等研究方法,对海南三亚海洋休闲活动现状进行深入调查。根据对三亚海洋休闲活动的满意度调查分析,构建三亚海洋休闲活动满意度的指标体系,并以在三亚进行海洋休闲活动的游客为调查对象,对其满意度进行综合测评,得出三亚海洋休闲活动各项指标的期望满意差距。研究发现,三亚海洋休闲活动相关的海岸设施、地接旅行社团体数量、消费价格、海洋休闲项目多样性、服务人员能力和素质、活动所需安全设备、休闲设施与船只经营合法性等指标与游客期望差距较大,应给予重点关注。研究结果为三亚进行海洋休闲满意度评价提供了方法和改进措施,也为三亚海洋休闲产业发展提供了理论依据和决策参考。 Using the methods including literature review,interview and field investigation,this paper probed into the current status of marine leisure activities in Sanya.Based on analysis of a survey of satisfaction with marine leisure activities in Sanya,an indicator system to measure satisfaction of Chinese tourists with marine leisure activities in Sanya was established for comprehensive assessment of the tourists'satisfaction with marine leisure activities in Sanya,so as to identify the gap between expected satisfaction and reality in various measurements of marine leisure activities in Sanya.The results showed that there was a major gap between expected satisfaction of Chinese tourists and reality in the measurements of marine leisure activities in Sanya including coastal facilities,number of inbound travel organizations,consumer prices,diversity of marine leisure activities,capability/qualifications of service staff,safety equipment,leisure facilities,and legality of ships,to which close attention should be paid.These findings provided an approach to evaluating satisfaction of Chinese tourists with marine leisure activities in Sanya and the measures for improvement,in an effort to provide theoretical evidences and reference for policy-making in the development of Sanya's marine leisure industry.
