摘要
以转炉尘灰作为颜填料,与环氧树脂制备了高固体分防腐涂料,考察了颜基比对涂膜形貌以及性能的影响。结果表明,随颜基比增加,涂料的黏度增大,涂膜的附着力降低,耐中性盐雾和乙酸盐雾的性能先增强后降低。当颜基比小于等于1.0时,涂膜平整致密,但到1.4时表面会出现缩孔。当颜基比为1.0时,涂膜的综合性能最佳。
A high-solid-content corrosion protective paint was prepared from epoxy resin using converter dust as pigment and filler. The effect of pigment-to-binder ratio on the morphology and properties of its film was studied. The results showed that with the increasing of pigment-to-binder ratio, the viscosity of the paint is 'increased, the adhesion of the film obtained from the paint is decreased, and its resistance to neutral and acetic acid salt spray corrosion is increased initially and then decreased. When the pigment-to-binder ratio is not higher than 1.0, the film obtained is levelled and compact; when it is up to 1.4, cratering is emerged on film surface. The film prepared with a pigment-to-binder ratio of 1.0 has the optimal comprehensive performance.
