摘要
介绍了一种钢结构用高固体分环氧富锌底漆的制备方法,重点讨论了树脂、固化剂以及溶剂的选择对其产品性能和体系VOC的影响。实验表明,制备的涂料性能不仅满足客户与行业标准要求,并且其在施工黏度下VOC含量符合国家环保要求,具有广阔的市场前景和经济效益。
This paper introduces the method of preparing a high solid epoxy zinc-rich primer for steel structure and mainly discusses the influence of selection of resin, curing agent and solvent on the product’s properties and the system’s VOC. The experiment shows the properties of the coatings prepared meet the requirements of customers and industry standards, and the VOC content under application viscosity meets the national environmental protection requirements. It has broad market prospects and economic benefits.
