摘要
针对高固体份聚氨酯涂料存在的干燥速度慢、最终硬度低的问题,创新性地采用含有三嗪环结构的异氰尿酸三缩水甘油酯(TGIC)与一元酸进行开环反应,制备了固体份80%、低粘度的羟基树脂。经测试,采用该类树脂制备的聚氨酯涂料具有挥发性有机化合物(VOC)含量低、干燥速度快、最终硬度高等优势,可广泛应用于汽车、轨道列车、风电叶片、工业设备等领域的涂装。
The ring opening reaction of 1,3,5-triglycidyl isocyanurate(TGIC)containing thiotriazinone structure and monobasic acid is applied to improve the drying speed and hardness of high-solid polyurethane coatings.Hydroxyl resins with 80%solid content and low viscosity are obtained.Polyurethane coatings made by these hydroxyl resins show low VOC content,fast drying speed and high final hardness,which could be used in the coating of automobile,rail train,wind blade,industrial equipment etal.
