摘要
水性羟基丙烯酸分散体是水性双组分聚氨酯(2K-PU)的重要组成部分,影响着多异氰酸酯在水相的分散性、成膜过程中的扩散与交联以及涂膜的最终性能。本文综述了水性羟基丙烯酸分散体的制备工艺(包括溶液聚合、中和乳化及溶剂脱除)和水性羟基丙烯酸分散体的性能改进(包括高固含低黏度、高羟值低黏度、丙烯酸类功能单体的加入及氟硅改性)方面的研究进展,并展望了水性羟基丙烯酸分散体未来的研究方向。
The waterborne hydroxyl acrylic dispersion is an important component of aqueous two-component polyurethane (2K-PU) , which affects the dispersibility of polyiso- cyanate in water phase, diffusion and crosslinking of film and the final properties of coating. The progress of the preparation process of waterborne hydroxyacrylic acid dispersion including solution polymerization process, neutralization emulsification process and solvent removal process and the research of waterborne hydroxyacrylic acid dispersion with high solid content, low viscosity, high hydroxyl value and low viscosity, addition of acrylic functional monomer and fluorine silicon modification was reviewed. And finally the development trend of waterborne hydroxyacrylic dispersion was presented.
