摘要
采用溶液聚合法合成了羟基丙烯酸树脂(PHA),以内乳化法将其分散于去离子水中得到了羟基丙烯酸树脂水分散体。以凝胶渗透色谱仪测试了所合成树脂的相对分子质量,以旋转黏度计测试了水分散体的黏度,以红外光谱仪表征了树脂的结构;研究了聚合溶剂对树脂相对分子质量和水分散体黏度的影响,助溶剂种类及用量对水分散体黏度的影响。结果表明,以丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯为溶剂、二叔丁基过氧化物为引发剂在120℃合成的PHA相对分子质量最小,当溶剂用量为70%,聚合完成后抽溶剂55%后可获得相对分子质量约为5000的PHA;以内乳化法将上述PHA分散于去离子水中,控制固含量为45%,当以乙二醇丁醚∶100#溶剂油=1∶1为混合助溶剂,助溶剂用量为30%时,所得水分散体黏度最小,为1000mPa·s;红外光谱分析表明得到了目标产物。
The hydroxyl acrylic resin(PHA)was synthesized by solution polymerization,and the hydroxyl acrylic resin water dispersion was prepared by dispersing PHA in deionized water via emulsification process.By gel chromatography(GPC)tested the synthetic resin molecular weight,by rotary viscosimeter tested the viscosity,some through FT-IR characterization of the structure of the resin;the influence of polymer solution on molecular weight and water medium viscosity of the resin was studied,effects of cosolvent kind and amount on water medium viscosity were researched.The results show that with propylene glycol methyl ether acetate as solvent,two tertiary butyl peroxide as initiator at 120 ℃ in synthesis of PHA molecular weight minimum,when the dosage of solvent is 70%,hydroxyl acrylic resin with molecular weight of about 5000 can be obtained after 55% solvent is extracted at the end of polymerization;by emulsification method within the above PHA is dispersed in deionized water,when the solid content is 45%,the ethylene glycol butyl ether∶100#solvent oil is 1∶1cosolvent to mix and dosage of cosolvent is 30%,the minimum water medium viscosity is 1000mPa·s.Infrared spectrum analysis shows that goal polymer product is synthesized.
