摘要
制备了一种催化裂化(FCC)烟气选择性催化还原(SCR)脱硝催化剂,模拟FCC再生烟气条件,对其性能进行了第三方中试评价,并在某石化企业FCC烟气脱硝装置上进行了1 000 h的工业应用试验。结果表明:催化剂活性及物化指标优于GB 31587—2015的要求;工业运行中,在入口烟气NOx质量浓度为350 mg/m3,含水体积分数为8%,含O2体积分数为3%,出口NOx质量浓度为30~50 mg/m3的条件下,氨逃逸稳定在0.5μL/L,余热锅炉的整体压降稳定,换热效果良好,无堵塞现象。
A selective catalytic reduction( SCR)denitration catalyst was prepared for fluid catalytic cracking( FCC) flue gas,regeneration flue gas conditions were simulated,its properties were evaluated by the third pilot test and the industrial application test had been conducted for 1 000 h in a FCC flue gas denitrification unit of a certain petrochemical company. The results showed that catalyst activity and its physical and chemical properties were better than GB 31587—2015 requirement; during the industrial operation,under the conditions of the mass concentration of inlet flue gas NOx350 mg / m3,the volume fraction of water 8%,the volume fraction of O23%,the mass concentration of export NOx30-50 mg / m3,the ammonia escape was about 0. 5 μL/L,the overall pressure drop of the waste heat boiler was steady,heat transfer effect was better and no blockage occurred.
