催化裂化再生烟气脱硝催化剂的制备及性能评价 被引量:1

摘要 采用工业选择性催化还原催化剂的生产工艺,制备了V2O5-WO3-Ti O2蜂窝状脱硝催化剂。在固定床评价装置上,模拟催化裂化再生烟气组成,于体积空速为4 000 h-1,入口NOx质量浓度为664 mg/m3,SO2质量浓度为558 mg/m3,含水体积分数为8%,含氧体积分数为3%,NH3/NOx(摩尔比)为1.0,反应温度为350℃的条件下,对自制的催化剂脱硝性能进行了评价。结果表明:出口烟气中NOx质量浓度低于50 mg/m3,氨逃逸体积浓度为1.8μL/L,满足GB 31570—2015排放要求;催化剂具有良好的耐水性及稳定性。 V2O5- WO3- Ti O2 honeycomb denitration catalyst was prepared by the production process of selective catalytic reduction catalyst. The denitration performance of self- made catalyst was evaluated by simulating the regeneration flue gas composition of catalytic cracking in a fixed bed evaluation device at space velocity 4 000 h- 1,reaction temperature 350 ℃,NOxmass concentration 664 mg /m3,SO2 inlet mass concentration 558 mg / m3,the volume fraction of water 8%,the volume fraction of O23%,NH3/ NOx( molar ratio) 1. 0. The results showed that the mass concentration of NOxin effluent flue gas was less than 50 mg / m3,and the volume concentration of ammonia escape was 1. 8 μL / L,which met the discharge standard GB 31570—2015. The catalyst had a better water- resistance and stability.
