摘要
目的观察上海市淞南社区糖尿病视网膜病变(diabetic retinopathy,DR)患者对糖尿病视网膜病变防治知识的认知度及干预效果。方法自2014年1月—2015年12月,历时2年。干预组97人,对照组70人。对照组常规糖尿病社区管理;干预组除常规糖尿病社区管理外进行社区干预,以提高DR的认知度。对两组干预前和干预后填写调查问卷,了解对DR防治知识的认知度改变情况。结果实际参加宣教的人数少于愿意参加宣教的人数。对血糖控制水平的认知,干预后两组正答率较干预前均有提高;对糖尿病会导致眼部并发症的认知,干预后正答率较干预前均有提高;对控制血糖、控制三高及DR治疗的认知,干预后干预组正答率高于对照组;对糖尿病全身并发症及DR随访周期的认知,干预后干预组正答率高于对照组;对并发症和随访周期的补充题目,干预组的正答率高于对照组。结论淞南社区DR患者对DR防治知识的认知度尚不足,认知与行动不对等,通过干预,干预组的认知度提高,说明针对性的DR防治知识宣教很有必要。
OBJECTIVE To observate the awareness and the effect of community intervention of diabetic retinopathy（DR） with diabet- ic retinopathy patients in Songnan Community of Shanghai. METHODS From Jan 2014 to Dec 2015, it took 2 years time to observe. There were 97 patients in the intervention group and 70 patients in the control group. It took the common community management about diabetes in the control group. Several kinds of interventions were taken in the intervention group except the common community management, it compared the questionnaire which was used to gather information on the awareness of DR details before and after the intervention from the intervention group and the control group. RESULTS There were less patients with the behavior of participation than the participation wish about attending the special topic lectures. The correct percentage rate about the awareness of the levels of blood sugar rose after the intervention in two groups. The correct percentage rate about the awareness of ocular complication caused by diabetes between two groups rose after the intervention in two groups. After the intervention, the intervention group had higher correct percentage rates than the control group about the awareness of controlling blood sugar, controlling the high blood pressure, high blood footness, hith blood sugar and the therapy of DR. After the intervention, the intervention group had higher correct percent- age rate than the control group about the awareness of systemic complications caused by diabetes and the follow-up period of DR. The intervention group had higher correct percentage rates than the control group of the bonus questions about the awareness of com- plications and the follow-up period. CONCLUSION The study highlighted the ignorance of awareness of DR in Songnan community. There was different with the behavior of participation and the participation wish. The targeted health promotion intervention improved patients awareness. It recommend community-based eye health education programs targ
