摘要
目的了解上海市某社区糖尿病患者眼部并发症的发生情况及其特点。方法对某社区内所管理的338名糖尿病患者开展流行病学调查和眼科检查,分析患者眼部并发症的发生情况。结果 在所有眼部并发症中,白内障的发生率最高(13.02%),其次为糖尿病性视网膜病变(10.80%),分型以非增殖型为主(93.15%),增殖型较少(6.85%)。其他眼部并发症的发生率分别为老年性黄斑变性(6.36%),高度近视黄斑变性(6.36%),玻璃体混浊(3.55%),视神经病变(1.78%),糖尿病性黄斑水肿(1.63%)。视力损伤发生率为43.49%,且随着病程的增加发生率上升。结论社区糖尿病患者应重视眼部并发症的预防,社区医院应开展规范的管理随访以降低糖尿病患者眼部并发症的发生率。
Objective To study the incidence of ocular complications in patients with diabetes and their characteristics.Methods The epidemiological investigations and eye examination were carried out among 338 patients with diabetes.Results The cataract was the most common one and accounted for 13.02% of the complications,followed by diabetic retinopathy（DR）（10.80%）,NPDR（93.15%）,and PDR（6.85%） respectively.Age-related macular degeneration accounted for 6.36%,and High myopia macular degeneration（6.36%）,Vitreous opacities（3.55%）,Optic neuropathy（1.78%）,Diabetic macular edema（1.63%）.The total rate of Visual impairment was 43.49%,and the incidence was positively associated with disease duration.Conclusions We should pay attention to the prevention of ocular complications of diabetes.Standardized management and follow-up play a positive role in reducing the incidence of ocular complications.
