摘要
目的建立测定维药小枝玫瑰花中没食子酸含量的方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法,色谱柱大连伊力特Sino Chrom ODS-BP(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.3%磷酸(6∶94)为流动相,检测波长272 nm。结果没食子酸质量浓度在5.05~101.00μg/m L范围内峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为100.15%(RSD=1.39%),小枝玫瑰花中没食子酸含量为0.491 7 mg/g。结论该方法简便、准确,重复性好,可用测定小枝玫瑰花中没食子酸的含量。
Objective Determination of gallic acid in Uyghur branchlets roses. Methods RP-HPLC was adopted,Sino Chrom ODS-BP chromatographic column( 4. 6 × 250 mm,5 μm) was from Dalian Yilite,the mobile phase was methanol- 0. 3 % phosphoric acid( 6 :94),and the detection wavelength was 272 nm. Results There was a good linear relationship of Gallic acid within the range of 5. 05 ~ 101 μg / m L( r = 0. 999 9),and the average recovery rate was 100. 15 %( RSD = 1. 39 %). The content of gallic acid in branchlets roses was 0. 491 7 %. Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and reproducible,and can be used to measure the content of the gallic acid in Uyghur branchlets roses.
