高校课程形成性考核存在的问题及优化策略 被引量:9

摘要 形成性考核更加注重教学过程和学生能力的培养,符合高校教学改革的趋势。本文分析了高校课程形成性考核的优势,指出了高校课程形成性考核存在的问题,并提出了相应的优化策略,具体包括:采用小班额、导师组的授课方式,加强授课教师的继续教育,妥善遴选形成性考核课程,科学科学制定考核标准,确定考核方式。 Formative assessment is more emphasis on the teaching process and the training of students' ability,which is in line with the trend of the teaching reform in universities. This paper analyzed the advantages of formative assessment of university curriculum,pointed out some existing problems,and put forward the corresponding optimization strategy,including: small class size,instructor group of teaching methods,strengthen the continuing education of the teachers,the proper selection of formative assessment courses,scientific formulation of formative assessment standards,determine the assessment method.
