摘要
目的观察养阴益气汤联合罗格列酮片对2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗患者糖脂代谢的调节作用。方法选取医院收治的2型糖尿病患者98例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组49例。对照组单纯服用罗格列酮片治疗,观察组给予养阴益气汤联合罗格列酮片治疗,均治疗4周,比较2组糖脂代谢水平变化和临床治疗效果。结果 2组治疗前糖代谢水平、脂代谢水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平均优于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组治疗总有效率为95.92%,高于对照组的75.51%(P<0.01)。结论 2型糖尿病患者采取养阴益气汤联合罗格列酮片治疗效果显著,可改善患者糖脂代谢水平,值得推广应用。
Objective To probe into the regulatory effect of Yangyin Yiqi Decoction combined with rosiglitazone tablets on insulin resistance and glycemic and lipid metabolism in type 2 diabetes patients. Methods 98 cases of history data of type 2 diabetic patients in our hospital were collected randomly divided into observation group and control group, each of 49 cases. The control group were alone given the rosiglitazone tablets for treatment, while the observation group were given Yangyin Yiqi Decoction combined with rosiglitazone Tablets. Then, after 4 weeks of treatment, the levels of glucose and lipid metabolism and clinical treatment effect of 2 groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in the level of glucose metabolism and lipid metabolism between the 2 groups before treatment （P 〉 0.05 ）. After treatment, the fasting blood glucose （FPG）,glycosylated hemoglobin （HbAlc）, total cholesterol （TC）, triglyceride （TG）, high density lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL-C）, low density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL-C） level in the observation group were better than those in the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ） ;The total effective rate in the observation group was 95.92% , which was higher than 75.51% of the control group （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The clinical effects of Yangyin Yiqi Decoction combined with rosiglitazone tablets in treat- ment for patients with type 2 diabetes is good enough ,which can improve the patient glucose and lipid metabolism level, thus it is worthy to be recommended.
