摘要
目的:探讨清热益气汤配伍治疗2型糖尿病的疗效及安全性。方法:将首次确诊为2型糖尿病的患者90例分为观察组、对照组各45例,两组均给予常规降糖药口服,观察组在该基础上配伍口服清热益气汤。结果:观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(χ2=3.92,P<0.05);治疗12周后两组空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖、糖化血红蛋白及各血脂指标均有明显降低(P<0.05),但观察组改善更为显著(P<0.05)。结论:清热益气汤配伍治疗2型糖尿病能有效降低患者血糖血脂,疗效确切、安全可靠,是治疗糖尿病的有效的中药方剂。
Objective:To discuss the efficacy and safety of the Qingrenyiqi decoction compatibility in the treatment of type 2 diabetes.Methods:90 cases of patients with first diagnosed with type 2 diabetes,were divided into the observation group and the controlgroup with 45 cases in each group,the two groups were given conventional oral hypoglycemic agents,the observation group in addition with oral Qingrenyiqi decoction.Results:Total effective rate of observation group was obviously higher than the control group(χ2=3.92,P<0.05),after 12 weeks of treatment,the fasting blood glucose,2 hours postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin and blood lipid indexes of the two groups were obviously decreased(P<0.05),but the observation group improved more significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qingrenyiqi decoction in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus can effectively reduce blood sugar and lipid of patients,the curative effect is exact,safe and reliable,is effective prescription of traditional Chinese Medicine in treating diabetes.
