摘要
目的探讨益气养阴清热方联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病阴虚燥热型患者的临床疗效及安全性。方法选择216例2型糖尿病阴虚燥热型患者,采用随机数字表法分成对照组和治疗组,各108例,所有患者均严格控制饮食及行合理运动锻炼等治疗。对照组给予盐酸二甲双胍肠溶片,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上给予益气养阴清热方(金银花、玄参、当归、丹参、甘草等),观察2组治疗前后临床症状和体征、肝肾功能、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、总胆固醇、三酰甘油等代谢指标变化情况及不良反应。结果治疗组总有效率94.44%,明显高于对照组的75.93%(P<0.05);2组各项代谢指标组间比较,治疗组治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组不良反应发生率12.04%,明显低于对照组的23.15%(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗2型糖尿病,能清热泻火、益气养阴、止渴化浊,具有明显的降血糖、降血脂作用。
Objective To explore the Clinical effect and Safety analysis of combine traditional Chinese and western medicine for treatment type 2 diabetes of Yin scorching type. Methods 216 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes of Yin scorching type were randomly divided into control group and experimental group of two groups, 108 cases of patients in each group. All patients were reasonably strict diet and exercise therapy. The control group received Mefformin Hydrochloride Enteric-coated Tablets, the experimental group given Yiqi Yangyin and relieving heat decoction on the basis of control group therapy. Recorded the clinical metabolic changes of two groups, such as clinical symptoms and signs, liver and kidney function, fasting blood-glucose, 2 h postprandial blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, total cholesterol, triglycerides before and after treat- ment. Results The overall effective rate was 94.44 % of experimental group was obviously higher than that of control group 75.93 % （ P 〈 0.05） ; The clinical metabolic changes in the experimental group is significantly better than the control group （P 〈 0.05）;The adverse effects rate in the experimental group was 12.04% is obviously lower than the control group 23. 15 % （P 〈 0.032）. Conclusion Traditional Chinese combined western medicine has better therapeutic effect for treatment type 2 diabetes of Yin scorching type. It can clear heat and purging fire, Yiqi Yangyin, and reduce phlegm. It have reduce blood sugar for diabetes and fall hematic fat action.
