摘要
原有的磁光克尔效应实验装置为分立的磁块光具座,光路调节中可变因素多,调节难度大且精度不高,故只能测量标配样品.针对以上问题,设计了水平可调的光学导轨,通过增加透镜组和串联电阻补偿方法,可显著简化光路调节和提高测量灵敏度,实现了对非标软磁性材料矫顽力的测量.
The original magneto-optic Kerr effect experiment device in the lab, with a discrete magnetic optical bench, was difficult to adjust and the precision was low, because of the complexity in light path adjustment. Only standard samples could be measured with it. In this paper, an adjustable optical guide rail was designed and a lens group was inserted to simplify the adjustment of the optical path. Combining with the series resistance compensation method, the sensitivity was further im- proved. The measurement of the coercive force of non-stranded soft magnetic materials was realized.
