摘要
本文运用多目标决策的概念和方法,提出了一种数学规划模型。它与通常的参数估计方法不同,能利用同部类若干单位的多产出多投入的观测数据来判别各单位与其他单位比较时的规模报酬性质和平均生产率最大的规模。这种方法既可用于生产部门,又可用于非生产领域。
By employing the concept and method of multi-objective decision-making a mathematical programming model is developed based on the observed data of multi-outputs and multiinputs of several units of the same category or the same division. The property of solution to the models is described and the concept of the largest average productivity scale with multioutputs is given. In order to estimate the largest productivity scale in cross comparative sense for individual unit in a convex polyhedron, a formula is proved. A method for discriminating the property of returns to scales for each unit is developed. These methods are different from ordinary parametric estimating methods and are applicable to both productive sectors and nonproductive branches.
