摘要
目的探讨应用前牙美学评估表对前牙美学患者满意度的影响。方法选取2014年11月至2016年5月于第四军医大学附属口腔医院修复科进行上前牙全瓷修复的患者60例,随机分为A、B两组,每组30例。A组应用现代前牙美学修复的方法进行修复,B组则应用现代前牙美学修复结合前牙美学评估表的方法进行修复。修复两周后预约患者复诊,进行满意度评价。每项内容采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)进行量化。结果两组患者前牙美学修复后在牙齿排列效果、牙齿形态轮廓、牙齿长宽比例、牙齿颜色情况、发音情况、微笑效果及整体满意情况等方面的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于需要进行前牙美学修复的患者,应用现代前牙美学修复结合前牙美学评估表的方法,可以提高患者对于美学修复效果的满意度。
Objective To evaluate influence of anterior esthetic evaluation form on patients＇ satisfaction of anterior esthetic restorations. Methods Totally 60 cases of patients with anterior esthetic restorations admitted to the Fourth Military Medical University Affiliated Stomatological Hospital from November, 2014 to May, 2016 were chosen as the evaluation objects. Then they were divided into group A and group B randomly, with 30 cases in each group. Patients in group A were restored solely with modern anterior esthetic method, and group B were managed by anterior esthetic evaluation form in addition to the method for group A. Two weeks later, these patients were asked for a return visit and their degree of satisfaction was recorded. Each item was quantified by using visual analogue score （VAS）. Results Satisfaction of the two groups in the arrangement of teeth, the external contours of the tooth, the length-to-width ratio of the tooth, the tooth color, the pronunciation, the effect of smile and the overall situation was significantly different. Conclusion The combination of modern anterior esthetics with anterior esthetic evaluation form is a better way to improve satisfaction of patients.
