摘要
牙科焦虑症是对牙科诊治过程或其中某些环节的害怕,是人群中普遍存在的心理问题。采用改良Corah(MDAS)问卷和自编问卷为测量工具对武汉大学口腔医院修复科84名初诊病人进行调查,以研究患者口腔修复治疗认知程度与牙科焦虑程度间的相关性。结果表明:患者对口腔修复治疗的认知各水平组间,牙科焦虑水平不同。
Dental anxiety(DA) is a common psychological obstacle among dental patients who feel unease in the treatment.This study aims to identify the relationship between patients' cognition of prosthodontics and dental anxiety.The data were drawn from 84 patients in the department of prosthodontics of Wuhan University Stomatology Hospital by using Norman Corah's Dental Questionnaire(MDAS) and self-made questionnaire.The results show that the patients with different cognition may have different level of dental anxiety.
